12 Week program for individuals with 1 Major Goal and 1-3 Minor Goals.
1. Three 45 minute coaching sessions via phone per month.
a. Once a week for three (3) weeks at a time.
b. Followed by one week off to process/access changes and/or homework.
2. Email transcripts of each session for notebook.
3. Up to 10 email exchanges a month with David Dreyer.
